According to the majority of literature I have read regarding fitness and exercise, the key to any good exercise program is cross training. I 100% agree with this. My cross training includes the following:
Running at the gym:

Taking Ollie for Walks at Bellamy Wildlife Management or Wagon Hill Farm:
(He's so 70's)
Hiking thru the villages of Cinque Terre, Italy:
(It is actually more beautiful than this picture portrays)
Running around Downtown Dover with adoptable dogs like Apollo:
(He makes a fantastic trainer)
And finally...12 oz curls:
(I sense a theme developing in my posts...)
