Work Out to Drink Up

I'm now sitting here attempting to get the energy to put on gym clothes

Plan- 60 minutes of Body Step then consume wine!!

Assuming that my glass of wine is 5oz. (doubt it)- I can consume at least 4 glasses post workout, right?!
This fact is motivating enough for me to slip on my sneaks!
